In a year-end review of the programs you have put together for us, I would like to make a couple of observations.

In reacting to the surveys you conducted for Cannon, both employee & members, we have already set in motion several programs that have shown impressive results. Coupled with your individualized awareness sessions, progressive promotional ideas & LEEP training, we are already beginning to see a change in employee appreciation for the work situation & dedication to their assigned tasks.

CFFCU membership is also noticing the change. The result (and, I might say benefits) is that we have started seeing employees make a concerted effort to develop stronger members, & when confronted with difficult situations, resolve them in a positive & effective manner.

My belief is that you have a unique ability to develop easily understood statically measurable behavior concepts. This enables our employees to more quickly understand the difficult situation, follow the logic to a successful “member-service-orientated” conclusion that benefits both the member & the credit union & measure the results. As we have already discussed, you leading & facilitating the CFFCU Annual Strategic Planning Session has had some dramatic results. First, & foremost, the Board reacted in an extremely positive manner. They identified with you & reacted to your presentation in an open & responsive fashion.

Most importantly, in the area of Goal & Objective Planning & Action, the Board & management have overcome a major stumbling block that has plagued the organization for several years. In the past, we have collectively been able to identify needs & objectives, only to have difficulty in a developing & following-through on a workable, reliable solution & plan of action. Using the concepts presented in “CU PlanPro” we now have identified goals & objectives, assigned individuals & teams to develop solutions & established time workable, reasonable time-frames that will insure results. I will call you in the next few days to, review some recent developments & establish a time frame for 2007 training, marketing & management programs.
